At Autisnack Vending Ltd, we aim to provide high-quality products and a positive experience for all of our customers. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, especially with vending machine transactions. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds can be issued.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

Product not dispensed (e.g., machine malfunction or payment processed but item not delivered)
Incorrect product dispensed (different from selection made)
Expired or damaged product received

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the incident by emailing support@autisnack.co.uk with the following details:

Your full name
Date, time, and location of the vending machine
Description of the issue
Photo of the product or error message (if applicable)
Proof of payment (e.g., a receipt, photo of card transaction)

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible, or via bank transfer if not. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for processing once your refund is approved.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Change of mind after purchase
User error in product selection
Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
Lack of supporting evidence to verify the claim

5. Faulty or Repeated Machine Issues

If you encounter repeated issues at a particular vending location, please let us know. We take machine reliability seriously and will investigate and service the unit promptly.
